Round top. Total length is 2.5 inches. The distance from the top to the center of the first hole is 1.25 inches, and that to the center of the second hole is 2 inches.

the coil balance springs for windows broke. The coil has a 5 number. Each balance has two 5 coils. So I assume that the sash has a weight of 10#. Both LH and RH needs to be replaced. Hi, I had placed an order for a round end pivot bar, and this one is too fat for the window. I noticed the one I purchased from you has a stamp of the number 6, while the one I am replacing has a stamp of the number 2. Can you please tell me which item I need? thank you.

The pivot lock shoe that I need has no markings other than a patent # 6378169. It is completely white with a metal rotating piece. Riding in the window track are 2 wound metal springs. Hope you can help, thanks Joel
