We have two "Certainteed" windows that go up and down to open and have broken parts that need replacing. We have attached two pictures to show the broken parts. We would like the entire assembly replaced.

parts are out of window at Valleybrook in Blackwood (La Coasta). Coils are #7, two per shoe, and slide into shoe.

Attached pic shows my broken bar beside two samples. Sample 26-398 at bottom of pic hole placement would work but it flares at end end. The 26-360 is flat but the hole placement us wrong. Anything else that might match better? Thanks

I cannot find a brand on these windows anywhere. This house was built in 2000

Round top. Total length is 2.5 inches. The distance from the top to the center of the first hole is 1.25 inches, and that to the center of the second hole is 2 inches.

the coil balance springs for windows broke. The coil has a 5 number. Each balance has two 5 coils. So I assume that the sash has a weight of 10#. Both LH and RH needs to be replaced.
