Customer's window. Didn't measure dimensions when there. Can go back to measure if unable to identify. Building is approximately 10-15 years old.

Trying to fix a couple of windows in my mother's home which is 22 years old. A single spring track has come loose on each window. Balance is 33" long and 1/2 " wideIt is labeled 32 7 FV CMC 4I will also need the top and bottom shown in the attached photos.

Looking to see if we can find this balance. 32-3 JI5 CMC 5 is on the balance End of balance to end of balance = 33" End of balance to where the spring is connected = 32" I'm not sure which measurement you need. Balances go on the side of the window

I need a new tilt latch and channel balance. I'll send a new picture of the tilt latch and was told by a representative that i'll need to weigh the bottom sash since there's no stamp on my balance.

Need a left and a right with the metal parts that comes out ou f the window. 32 3 D2OU CMC is printed on the side

Existing pivot shoe is 1/2" thick, 1 1/4" wide and 2" high, same as Product Code: 15-046. Please verify that it fits a 33" SERIES 765 BALANCE (32-5).

Hello - the balance and spring assembly still works. A cheap plastic piece where the window inserts and pivots at the bottom of the spring assembly cracked and needs to be replaced. No idea how to identify the part nor do I know how to get the old one out of the track or the new one in. Thanks for a ... (cont.)

Is the 15-046 pivot shoe compatible with the 765 series channel balance? Attached is a photo of my existing pivot shoe. The dimensions are the same as the 15-046.

I need replacement channel balances, which contain this part number stamped in ink on the balance (as shown in the image attached). The plastic part in the track is large and appears that it's not removable. I would need instructions for removal of the old balance. Thanks!
