I accidentally broke off the handle to my window opener. I'm in need of your help to identify a replacement part for my window opener. My control arms are still in good shape I just need the actual crank assembly.

I have 4 windows....need four left and 4right (side frame) lock (8 total) and 2 right and2 left for (bottom frame) sill crank (4 total) (at least I think that's what they're called...)ThanksLinda

I believe I'm needing a casement operator & crank. Both seem to be stripped and I'm thinking this model 39-028E might be correct. It is a Norco window from 2000 & the hardware is marked 'Truth'. Can you direct me to be sure? Thanks!

Just purchased a 1963 house in Eugene, OR and it has most of the old wooden casement windows. The wood is in good shape and the mechanisms are intact but many of the cranks are stripped. Hi. I need to replace a Truth 45251 casement window operator with 9.5" arm (40049 stamped on arm). The distance between the outer screw holes is 3". The crank assembly (without arm) is 4" wide, 2.75" deep and 11/16" high. It looks like you have two possible parts that will work: 39-365/366 and 39-02 ... (cont.)

You guys have the exact part I need but it's too short. You have a Caradco window crank - Product Code 39-028. It has the screw holes in the correct place and everything but it's too short. This is for an older Anderson wood casement window operator. the arm is 9 1/2 inches long. the number on the base is 45047. The number on the arm is 40530. The gears are worn on this on and will no longer crank correctly...Thank you

I ordered part numbers 39-094 and 39-095 to replace a right and left hand casement window mechanism as shown in picture. The picture includes one of the parts I received and as you can see there are some differences. Do you have a suggestion for another part to try?Thanks.Jesse
