39-389 Awning Operator Kit, Long Arm

Do you have a window operator like the attached?

The operator I have looks a lot like your 39-348. The mounting holes are different. The casting has the name Standard Thompson and the ends of the arms have metal "buttons" that ride in the channel. The distance between the buttons is 34 3/4".

Looking for a guide bar to fit the shoes on the dual arm operator. The old bar was 26.5". Wondering if I can get by with something smaller?

I'm looking for a replacement for Andersen Operator Set - Short Arm, Amerock / Roto - Lock, 1959 - 1981 Part Number: 0333808, will the 39-389 work??

These are the only parts I have the window is 28 inches wide. It is an Andersen window I guess I would need all parts to operate window maybe we can retrofit

Need to replace 5 of these, having difficulty locating- can find cranks but I suspect the hex head is a part of the unit it goes into. The window cranks don't operate because they are stripped, again, suspect it is striped in the unit not the crank itself.

I have two windows that need the crank and arm hardware replaced. I have uploaded pictures. There are no numbers or manufacturer's markings . I will also need the appropriate crank handles.

Our home was built in 1957 anderson windows ?? all awning type the window cranks are not working @ need replaced { still original windows } 12 in total. pictures enclosed of a crank all are the same. if more detailed info, is needed please let me know.

Hi, I am looking for a straight arm kit for a Andersen push out window. Also 2 awning kits I think? The window cranks on the awning windows work pushing them out and sometimes not. Do I need the whole kit or just parts?

Hello, Have Andersen awning windows throughout the house with the Amerock/Lever Roto-Lock design hardware and Flexivent windows...from 1968-1972. They are currently the swing/pivot style handles, not rotating crank. Seems a lot of pressure must be put on the handles, unit and gears to swing the ... (cont.)

We have the awning operator on and it fits great on my larger window but if I put the brackets on the bottom of the sash (the only way it fits) ) it's no longer horizontal with the operator and catches the window sill ? Wondering if there is a different bracket that fits flush? If I figure this out ... (cont.)

sirs please help me identify and locate this window crank out handle. The difference between this one and others is the fact that this one has hexagon shaft built into the handle as opposed to being attached to thje operator itself.
