Hi, I am looking for 2 different pivot shoes and one bracket for a casement window lock. One shoe has metal claws at the top - they are curved. Hi, i need this clip that the pivot is sitting on, the top has an area the balances snap into, their are two balances on each side they are 26g. I do not know what this part is called any help would be appreciated.

need repair part for 5 different kind of windows in over 200 units

I have a Ellison 1600 series vinyl insulated double hung window (Tilt out). I used the cut out method to remove my pivot shoe. The question I have is to get the right replacement shoe for my window.
