82-265 Multi-Point Mortise Lock with Face Plate, 11"

The 2 point mortise lock on our door needs to be replaced. We've had this door for 3 years, and with the part the repair guys keep getting us from Lowe's this will be the 4th replacement. The screws on the handle are 4" apart, the screws on the faceplate are 11" apart (keeping the lock on the door), ... (cont.)

I removed the latch receiver to install a temp cat door. Now I cannot find it. Simonton sliding glass door. Just need the receiver that mounts to the frame so the door can latch. See photos

This is from a JW patio door. If you look at pic it has PAT# 6.264.252 & 5.820.170 it's on the side I measured from top to bottom cover it's 11 1/2 and from screw to screw 11 inches.
