The height is 10 inches at the high point. 9.5 at the low point.

I need a replacement handle / latch for this Jen-Weld patio door. What do I need to order?

Cannot find any names or numbers on the parts

I need to buy the missing latch receiver (The one that mounts into the stationary door jamb). The latch is in the door and is working fine. I depressed the button on the latch and it works great but it has nothing to grab when actuated. The LATCH PLATE in the movable door measures 11-3/4" tall and i ... (cont.)

ceter of mounting holes is about 11" / the top locking latch is stuck in lock position

Patio door latch lever needed. I don't have the old one to compare

I do not know the brand or model #. I am looking for replacement parts for these handles. 3rd party install and can't track down parts.

I assume I have to buy a complete new assrmbly since there is no hole for a lock. I would like the same brass handles.

Would like to replace both handle and mortice lock on Cardial Legacy patio door. Have matched dims for Legacy handle set 82-089. Currently have multi-point mortice lock. Appears the 82-265 matches the existing. Is this compatible / correct? Would you know the rollers needed for this door also, ... (cont.)
