82-265 Multi-Point Mortise Lock with Face Plate, 11"

The inside door handle does not sit snug against plate. Wobbly. Latch is not snugg against plate.

Im not sure if I even have the right name for my missing part. But im missing the plate that the door closes and locks into on the inside of my sliding door frame. You can see in the second picture and im not sure what part to buy. Any advice or help will be appreciated!

The lock broke off my sliding door handle. Is there any sliding door handle I can replace it with? I am not sure if I need to replace everything but if I do what parts do I need to replace or with? Thanks for your time.

I have a door handel which needs a replacement locking lever latch OR a total handle replacement. I do not see a manufacturer name or model number on the handle. The lock lever is on the side of the handle not on the front. Are you able ot determine the brand and model of the handle, and preferably ... (cont.)

Already removed lock from door... prior to knowing about this site. Need to rellace this lock on my slider door. It is at least 5-8 years old. Maybe closer to 10 & stopped unlocking sobi need to replace it. Please help!

Image #3135 above shows a black hole where our locking latch fell out. Not sure what it's called exactly. We have the interior and exterior handles in place and still operational but we cannot lock our door. Image #3137 above seems to be all there unless you see something wrong with it. I think ... I am looking to replace this Sliding Door Handle. Do I need to get the exact replacement or is there another Sliding Door Handle that will work? If there is another replacement do I need to replace everything? Thanks

We purchased this door through Lowe's around 2012. I believe the part number to replace the locking mechanism is 82-265 and if required (more than likely will just go ahead and replace) the "keeper" 82-249. Also would like to know the replacement part recommended for the Handles (inside and outside ... (cont.)

The thumb lock broke on this patio door latch. I believe there are some parts that broke inside the strike bolt mechanism on the edge of the door. to describe the parts the side handle is 22 inches long and 1 1/4 inches wide at the base. Locking system mounting bolt is 11" on center. Chanel on opposing door is ½'' wide. Existing screw holes for mounting striker plate is 10"

Handle length 9 and a 1/2 inches, Mounting screws 3 and 7/8 on center, Locking mechanism 2 and 3/4 inches from top mounting screw on center.
