I have Alenco single hung vinyl windows with pivot bars that are extremely similar to your part #26-089. U channel dimensions are similar in that mine measure 0.312" wide, 0.181" tall, 0.058" thick material. Mine are only 2.72" long with the screw hole at 1.385 from the end. Do you have anything tha ... Unfortunately I can not find any markings of any nature on my vinyl double hung windows.
