S395-29 29" Series 395 Channel Balance

On the balance is printed 28 3 FW CMC 4

Have two windows that have 29" channel balancers stamped 2820 and one window with balancers stamped 2840. Sent some pics. Please advise asap. Have inspection coming up. Need new balancers on all windows. Thanks Marc

The metal part of my balance is 29 inches long but it looks to be stamped 2830? I can't tell if the end pieces are broke or not. This is just the first window, I will end up rebuilding every window in my house. Also I would like to have a stronger balance. Thank you, Randall

I have attached some pictures for the balances in our Atrium windows - non tilting. They look like a 395 but I wanted to confirm with you, please. I need 6 window sash channel balances. It is for 3 single hung, 20lb windows. I need completely new balances for both sides of all 3 windows, so 6 balances. The original balance is 9/16" wide and 29" long (only measuring the metal part). I cannot identify the plastic pieces on the ends. ... (cont.)

We have several Viking windows in which the is part has failed. We have different numbers for different sized windows of 2230 and 2830. What do we replace these with?Thanks Ken J.

The length of the balance is 30". The depth of the shoe is 1 1/8". The stamped markings are 29 4 BS1. Thank you.

Would like to replace a pair of channel balances for a Viking non-tilt window. The length is 29 inch, the marking says 2840, then BF, but I can't tell the correct series number to order.
