The number on the stamp is c 2740 , i major the metal parts is 28 inc , what should i buy from you guys? Also ill need same model but 34 inc!!!

Guessing Series 395 28" and 29", but let me know if you have a different opinion! I have 28" and 29" units to repair.

The only numbers on them are: 28 3 IW CMC 11. Please see pix. Which ones do I need? Bottom part of window removed and weighs about 18 pounds. The metal portion of my old slider is 29 inches long.

hello, I have a atrium window, its 30 inches H X 34 1/12 W, the hook and lock inside the window is 12 inches apart. I moved into this house and it does not currently have any balances so I do not know what size I need.
