Hello, Do you sell a replacement for this? It’s for the top of the window jam. The top of an inverse block and tackle balance rests inside of it, then it is screwed into the window frame. Thank you

Im trying to match this shoe. Not the typical channel shoe. Do you need to replace the whole balance assembly? You see the rusted out one in question. First time I have seen this style of shoe with a channel balance.

I think the part I need is called a bottom tilt pivot. I changed the srring part in the window already the Chanel balance, but now the bottom clips broke. I have multiple windows in need of new balance blocks. Some are ripped completely out and some are jammed. The numbers I see are "26-5 ga5 CMC <some random number>"

I believe this block and tackle window balance uses a 1/2 inch pivot shoe. Please recommend the correct parts. Maybe I can switch to a spiral balance? Also, I will need a sash stop to fill the cut I will need to fill the cut out in the window track that will be necessary to remove the old pivot sho ... (cont.)

Single hung Vinyl window with a broken Pivot bar and pivot shoe, as seen in DNCN0556. The window is original window installed in a new house by CP Morgan Home Builders (now defunct).
