I am puzzled how to get the one white plastic piece out of frame that pivot pin fits into. If I broke it out, how would I get new thing in that slides up and down channel. Here are some pictures of a lift where the string inside has broken. The metal measurement is 28". The stamp on it shows 27. I don't know what the brand is. Can you help me figure out what part I need ? Thanks. Glenn

both channels balances broken + 1 latch 26 5EW CMC 6 1 side of an identical window (not broken) is: 26 3 JV CMC 4 is there part option that will fit but is more durable (not brittle plastic)?

Good Afternoon, After watching your videos I still can not remove my tilt window sash. The two locating pins at the base of the sash seem to be totally enclosed in the sash springs.

Hi. I need a replacement balance for a tilt window. It looks like your 765 balance and 15-046 shoe. My problem is I cant figure out how to remove the broken shoe. Not sure the brand, but these spring lifts are failing. Each of six sash is 23x27", insulated glass. One photo shows a part number. Would one of your products likely adapt to fit?

Pulled out of a nonfunctioning balance where the string was broken. Is the string seperate or does it come with this part?

I've never seen the cover like what's at the top of the balance and I didn't open it up. Also, not sure why photos are sideways... Can you provide replacement balances?
