Could you assit me in selecting the correct balance? I am looking for a 1/2" x 27" Channel balance for Milguard window. Hi, I have 2 channel balancers that need replacement with milgard windows. They have a stamp "23 5 HS Caldwell", the length of the metal portion is about 24 inches. the rod is 29" long I hope the pictures are of some help the numbers on the rod are 28e50 they are on the rod in a machine print as well as with a marker written by hand

I have my choice narrowed to the series 380 or series 385.What is the difference between the 15-005 and the 15-004 bottom shoe.
