THE ONLY THING I SEE WRITTEN ON IS 26 3 DL CALDWELL. IT'S 9/16 WIDE AND 27" LONG WITHOUT THE ENDS INCLUDED, JUST THE METAL.

Our windows are M&M I believe. The metal portion is 15" long. The number on the back is 14 2 FW CMC 10.

I would like to order this channel balance but the ones that I have for my windows have a different kind of shoe then the one listed, which comes with 15-004. Will this be compatible with the one I sent in these pictures? Thank you.

The channel balance 385 has the closest top guide I could find for sale online to the ones in my windows. The only reference I could find was the Bellview 10269 top, but have not been able to locate any for purchase.The only real difference I can see is the 19-005 has short wings while mine has wing ... Looking to replace two windows with 3220 stamp and two windows 3230 stamp. All windows same manufacturer.

I've ordered from you before, choosing the S350 as a best guess as to what I took out. However, they sometimes don't stay with the window on the way up (window goes up but balance hangs down approximately 1 inch or so). Not sure if I have a weight issue or if I have the wrong design. There doesn't appear to be a stamp number on the sash. It does have 26 5 hv cmc 7

I ordered and received part 15-004, but it won't fit. (I cracked plastic when pushing it in place). I looked at other shoes online but don't see the same shape. White plastic piece at bottom of channel balancer. The only number on the channel is 2320.
