The park is a winged Channel Balance shoe. I've looked through your catalog, and it appears to be similar to the ones you have except for the fact that there is a gap in the middle of the slot that you slide the part on to. I am replacing the channel balances and sash guides on three windows all the same size and manufacturer. The opening portion of the window weighs 17.9 pounds. hello, I need to replace my broken window balance.I will need the pair. there are two sizes. the first is 30 inch long, width is 1/2 inch. second one is 24 inch long, width is 1/2 inch.

The part measurements 9/16" and 30" long

A handyman looked at 2 windows in the house that would not stay opened after pushing the windows up. He said both windows need the same part replaced. I attached pictures of the part. Only different between these 2 parts is the bottom and it's a 3/32 different. I think my part is the 385 series.
