I have Silverline vinyl windows and need to replace several of the pivot shoe locks and tilt latches. I would like to know which ones I need to purchase. Thank you

The shoe cam is broken stamped on the channel itself is 27 bbsi it looks like you have a product but it has a different screw clip Can I use the 27 from the 795series and the 15-195B 1 1/4 shoe cam.

Both balances are broken, one the spring has broken and the other the top attachment. The metal sheath is 27 inches and the metal stamping reads 26-5

This part broke when tilting bottom window in to clean. It sounded like a spring let go and this part was left broken in the track. A top part broke off this piece but I can't find that. How do I identify the balances that I need? My windows are double hung silver line purchased around 2009. They are 35 and three-quarter by 66 inch. here are some of the pictures I have taken. I believe it's probably a 29 inch because that's what it measures but it is stamped 28.

Need these vynil windows

Our window is currently sold by plygem, but was installed in 2008. Need new balances. Metal cover is stamped 32.5 and measures 33 inches. It is flat, 9/16" wide. The sash weighs 28 lbs. Attached are photos of one of the balance shoes from my windows. It seems the plastic connector that hooks on the balance channel fails. I have several windows with this problem.
