I'm replacing my current channel balances which are showing their age. They are 1/2 inch wide and 16 inches long. I'm guessing your Series 377s will work, but wanted to make sure before ordering. I purchased a 31" series 377 Channel Balance and received it today with 19-018 top and 15-005 shoe. Attempting to install it, I've found the wings on the shoe are too wide by 1/4". what is the difference between 15-004 and 15-005 bottom guides? Mine is one of them.

The metal part of the channels are 30 inches long and 1/2 inch wide. There are different numbers on the channels: 2950; 2930 with possibly "BS1" stamped perpendicular to the 2950 etc.

Not sure if the pictures were sent. I am in dire need of new balances on several windows. The metal portion of the balance measures 30" and is about 1/2" wide. This is from my window. It's width is 1/2" and it's length is 29". It has a stamp of "K 29-1" on it. I am looking for replacement.

I need the S350 balance, but with a different shoe. I need the shoe with outward pointing wings, but the depth is 1" even. You show a shoe with a 1-3/32" shoe on the Series 350. Can you make it with the smaller shoe?
