Request part numbers for both sides. Silverline 2006 casement crank out windows, lower hinge assemblies.Sill hinge plate is about 10" long. Short arm is 5 1/4" and window vertical arm is 6 1/4" long & attaches under corner of window. The # 36-048 appears to be a good replacement.? ... (cont.)

Front black plastic part is broken

The bracket that screws into the bottom of the vinyl casement window and provides the sliding pivot point for the window has rusted in half. There is another pivot arm that comes off the same bottom bracket that attaches to the other part of the sliding mechanism. The crank handle that matches all ... (cont.)

I have an American Craftsman casement window RF opening model 7550 (32 1/2" x 65 3/8") During a recent wind event the attached pictured part was broken. I have been in contact with Home Depot and they cannot help locating the part. Please advise if you can help. Thank you.

The piece marked 31272 broke off. The hinge is 10 and 1/2 inches not the one you have that measures 10 inches.

Searching for 14D499These are casement windows installed in 1999. I assume it is the original hardware. Do they still make replacement parts for these. You can see in the picture that the plastic roller is no longer smooth making the window hard to open. Thanks.

I have crank windows in sun room. They are entry hard truth and maybe 30 years old. Looking for the piece that rides in the track at the bottom corner of the window opposite the side that opens.

The pin that secures the upper arm is broken. Its on another window just like this one. How do I find the right part? Its on a CGP window. 27.5 inches wide. Out swing with side hinge. Thanks Mark
