We have a 20+ year old casement window with a broken hinge. The operator still works. Unfortunately the little black plastic piece broke and has rendered the window inoperable. I can't seem to find any way to adjust this window... It seems to be hanging very low... The operator arm on the lower part does not seem to be putting any tension to help hold the window up and aligned. I can push up on it when it gets back. Or crank "fast" to get it to pop shut.
