I recently ordered what I thought was the correct replacement pivot shoe for my tilt in Simonton window. I was way off. I've mailed my return and would like to place an order if you can identify the part from the pictures I sent you. Thank you!

I need to replace the plastic bracket that holds the shoe. A bunch of them have snapped in the windows around my house. The springs are all present and in good shape as far as I can tell.

We had an old plastic insert where all of the parts basically failed simultaneously. Both pins broke off. The locking guides that hold the pins broke. And the safety latch broke.

Steve, I have these double hung coil parts. The only part number I've got on it is 408L and I'm really lost because the cover goes in between the coils. I don't know what size screw that is and I don't know if I'm supposed to screw it into the wall or not I don't think too straight Gary ... (cont.)

Hi - We recently purchased the Certain Teed Pivot Shoe to replace the one that broke..the plastic part had split in half.The opening on the certain teed is not quite big enough for the tab(?), not sure of correct term, to fit snugly in.Please advise, thank you!Dan

Hi - my son moved into his first house and a bunch of the windows (double hung) don't stay up, don't tilt right, etc. See pictures. What are all the parts needed?

The balances have broken on a double hung window on the right side of the window but unsure which parts are needed. Pictures have been uploaded.

Can't find any numbers. From looking at videos and pictures, think these are the replacement parts: 15-259 15-255 5159 26-083 Its a double hung window.

My simonton window balance assembly exploded and now I can't put my windows back in. Series 40-17 double hung The spring says 467J I need the entire assembly in order to put my window back in.

I have 22 year old Certainteed windows, I have 1 that's 31x57 ish. and the balance coil broke. The old one that's still good looks like a figure 8 (almost broken also) and the other one is the broken one. The plastic piece it hangs on is 1.25 x 1.5 inches. The window seems heavy 9 ish pounds. ... (cont.)

I can't identify the brand of the window... but one pivot shoe is broken..

I need to replace this balance, I believe it's a S170 - it measures 3/4" wide but the stamp says "10 J" can you help me with this?
