Spiral balance replacement
The plastic insert in the top of the window fell in the channel and I was unable to retrieve it. Please add a caution to be careful not to knock it out. Do you have a replacement piece or solution for this?

Replacment 1957 casement windows
The casement window pictured here and used in this house was built in 1957. I am pretty sure that the windows are Biltwell from Dubuque, Iowa. At least the hardware has that as a stamp identifying the hardware as such. The arm is over 14" in length.

Upon measuring the tube with black spring inside I have cracked the tube. I can still twist it at the top, so I think what broke is just a sleeve to cover spring. Quick ? and what comes with your products?
Hello, I have a window that has a busted Unique 27-D-40 balance. In looking through your products, the 770 Series 27" D appears to be an exact match (see pictures of my balance). However, my balance did not have a spacer at the attachment point and the set screw is all mangled as you can see. ... (cont.)

I need one of the plastic clips that goes into the square hole in the window frame that the top balance screw goes into. Not sure if I see what I need online here.
