33-016 #8 x 1" SS Installation Screw

These windows were installed in 2003 and after painting, many of the trim screws have gone missing. As shown in the photos, they appear to be #8 x 1", flat head phillips, 18 threads per inch, with the head painted bronze to match the trim. Any ideas where I could get some matching screws? ... I can't find any names or numbers on this hardware. The house was built in 1927. The mechanism attaches to the metal frame with two machine screws into a tab on the metal frame. Hello Tom, I have a set of doors where the bottom frame screws have broken off. I have been unable to get a an extractor to drill into the remaining piece of the screw. Hello, I have a window that is missing its spiral balances. How do I determine the length of the spiral balance I need to get? Are there any other factors I need to be able to determine the correct ones?

The single arm on 'this operator is 9.5 inches long. I need to replace at least four of them. As you can see the crank handle is located in the middle of the plate.

Do you make this opener?

This is for an older Anderson wood casement window operator. the arm is 9 1/2 inches long. the number on the base is 45047. The number on the arm is 40530. The gears are worn on this on and will no longer crank correctly...Thank you

Are the upper and lower window spiral balances the same length? At some point the balances for the bottom window were removed and discarded. The top window balances are 18" long with an orange tip. Also, there is a square hole in the vinyl where the balance should attach to the window frame. See ... (cont.)
