15-014 Balance knife lock Shoe

Hello, I have some Mathew Brother's Windows with balances that are no longer working. Do you have replacement parts for them? There is an aluminum track and string on a spring and a clip for the window to hold onto. Thank You, Joe

The first picture is the top of the balance and it hangs on the fourth picture that is a clip at the top of the frame. The metal is 27 inches long and 9/16 wide. WE have Kolbe double hung, tilt in windows throughout the house. Due to age (about 30 years)many of the window mechanisms break when the windows are tilted in. My house was built in 1993 with Marvin double hung windows that tilt in by virtue of side panels that run top to bottom on each side and must be flattened in to tilt the window. The tilting panel is labelled 320HD. Do you sell the replacement channel balance for this

I am in this house, built in 1989, where most of the windows do not stay open. I worked out how to tilt the sashes out (press in the vinyl and tug on the corner). I installed the 15-014 lock show and installed my window as well. However, when I pull the window down, the knife shoe stays at the bottom of the track and doesn't come up with the window. The number on the balancer is 34tg they are semco windows and the house was built around 1997.
