Looking for replacement for this operator, the best i can gather a discontinued truth operator. will appreciate the help. Also need second one with opposite direction for the other window. Thanks!

Can you identify these cranks? They look like the Caradco 39028 on your site, except that the crank arm is longer. The 9 1/2" measurement on your site looks to be 11 1/2" on my mechanism. Hi, Can the swing arm be replaced? The window was forced open and the arm was bad. I haven't been able to find the same style operator online so hopefully you can help. We ordered 39-028 & 39-014 to try on our windows. Everything worked except 39-028, with a 9-1/2" arm, was too short and 39-014, with a 13-1/2" arm, was too long. We really need a 11-1/2" arm but can't seem to find that. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks for your help.
