39-014 Casement Window Operator, 13-1/2" Arm

I need a new Hurd window crank. It does not crank out or back in. The handle just circles with no connection to the window as it just swings out after unlocked. We have to push it back from the outside to close it. What part do I need? Thank you!

Hi the part I'm looking for is a Truth window operator with single arm. Based on markings it appears to be # 45107 RH.

Looking to replace this crank mechanism for our windows. Can you help me identify it? I have some that need to be replaced that are left hand and some that are right hand.

Does this come in white and can it be removed without damaging the wood frame? Left and right handed?

truth 45251 operator arm

Hi, Can the swing arm be replaced? The window was forced open and the arm was bad. I haven't been able to find the same style operator online so hopefully you can help. The swing arm has Truth stamped on there and it's about 13" long. Window swing out from left that makes this a left hand operator? ... (cont.)

This operator is on a weathershield casement window, about 45 years old. The arm has the name "truth" on it and the crank handle is not removable. I need replacement hardware. Thank you

We ordered 39-028 & 39-014 to try on our windows. Everything worked except 39-028, with a 9-1/2" arm, was too short and 39-014, with a 13-1/2" arm, was too long. We really need a 11-1/2" arm but can't seem to find that. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks for your help.

I have multiple windows that will need cranks but I want to start with just this one. My contractor ask for this one a hinge and a crank but the other windows just seem to have crank problems. Can I replace the bearing wheel instead of the entire single arm operator assembly? If so, questions: Is the pin threaded? What exactly would the replacement part be called? Do you stock these parts?

The window feels like it's going to fall out as soon as I start cranking because the anchor point at the outside of the window is out of the track. This window is a good 20 feet off the ground so it's difficult to handle from the inside. Can I crank it all the way out to get that piece in there, o ... (cont.)
