I have multiple operators broken they are Entry Guard 30472s The lengths are different from those shown. Mine are 9" and 4" everything else is identical to what you sell. Do you have this size available?

I think this may be an entry guard part # 39-032 and I want to verify this is correct before I order it.On the base of the part is the number 40372the long arm is marked 30470 LHthe short arm connected to the gear is marked 30841the short arm with the clip on the end is marked 20810on the crank hou ... My window open by cranking the handle bar. Now the bar is lose and it doesn't connects to the gears

Definitely an awning window. It says Truth on the hardware and there is a circle with 90 in it.
