I have replaced the spiral balances and have noticed that some of the bottom holders are broken which make the spiral pop out on occasion. Would like to replace them. The part is stamped UNIQUE 15-F-60 with the date 16/04/97 but the metal channel is actually 16" long and 9/16" wide. It is for the bottom sash of a tilt single-hung vinyl window that is 22.5 lbs and measures 18" tall x 50-1/2" wide.

No sticker or stamp found anywhere on the windows as to who the manufacturer is. This is the balance that uses a pulley system with the spring. Stamped on the balance is "28B", "PV", and "BSIN". Please let me know if this part can still be ordered. I would need 5 of them.

My hurricane resistant windows were installed circa 2006. The builder left NO records as to where he bought OR what maker,model ,etc. These are tilt in windows.
