I need some help in identifying which pivot lock shoe I should buy to replace the broken one in the attached picture. Philips window. The only numbe I see on the channel balance is 22 5 (with a symbol) op. The tape measure looks to say 23" for the length of the metal. Looks like 1/2"on both sides of metal bar. Sliding door panel is 35" X 75.5" X 1.5". It has two sets of two rollers underneath. The rollers are not rolling easily. Do you have new rollers? There are no identifying name or number on the door. It is all vinyl.

Hoping you'll be able to match this up. Have a lower tilt-in sash that both of the pivot bars are broken off. Pic is of one of them. Can't find a brand name anywhere on the window. Howdy! I need to replace a counterbalance for an ALENCO single hung tilt window. The dimensions are the 9/16" wide (1/2") non-ribbed channel. Overall length is 26". Please see pictures attached. Let me know what you think! Thank you. Jeff D

Pictures above are two different windows with similar problems. They are crooked and parts have fallen out of track. Need parts necessary to repair. I think your video shows how to replace the parts once you help me determine what I need.

Tim C, Thank you for answering. This is a 21 inch Caldwell, not counting the plastic. picture of the markings enclosed. The house was built in 1995. The balancer is sprung. I don't know if it can be re-set so am looking for a new one. thank you for your help. Sharon
