No marking but 2 x of these bottom rollers per door., one at each end.

Hello. I need some help finding the correct replacement balancers. Here are some pictures of the left one. The other side does have the exact same numbers on it. Just one minor difference. Instead of 12L there is 12R stamped on it. Thank you for your help.

I ordered and received 5/8" Top Sash Guide, Kinco (18-166). I replaced the broken ones as illustrated in the video. However, the balancers continue to force through the guides. Is there a different size guide or what else could you recommend as a solution? Robert
