Here is a picture of one of the many windows that have a broken window tilt mechanism. Is this a part that can be replaced? Also, the one window showing still has the front latch attached. Most of them do not even have the front latch. Thanks

My pivot shoe is stuck in it's current place. I tried using a screw driver to "turn" the lock as suggested online, but it's nearly impossible. Sash balance needs to be replaced, numbers I locate are 11600-17 also below that on other side of balance is CE 19 9#27 3-87. Also, on reverse side is the number 11600-3. What is correct replacement part? Thanks, Rich

I purchased the 15-047 pivot shoe worked on the bottom window but when you turn it around for the top window the little tab inside the black insert is on the wrong end.
