The sash stops on my 1998 vinyl windows have started to break at the lower spring area - photo is attached. Do any of your sash stops fit these windows - the dimension of the sash stops is 1 and 3/16" long and about 3/16 inches wide. Randal

I am replacing a 39-156 crank in my home. The 4 mounting screws are under bottom moulding and hard to extract. Can i pry this moulding off and replace it after i get the crank installed ? or should i use special scrwedriver ? thanks

Hi, I have a top tilt latch that I can't find on your website. It is 3.25 long and 2.25 between the screw holes and probably 13/16th from the center of one screw hole to the edge. We have windows that are 8 years old supplied by Norandex/Simonton. At least one of the plastic ends broke and the balance popped out. It is stamped 3519DS and is 37". Thanks for posting. I'm sorry, but what part exactly are you looking for? Based on that serial number, it looks like it could be an Andersen sash balance, but I can't be sure. If so, please see our 24-939, which can be used to replace balance boxes with the stamp 9#27.

I am repairing some older windows (at least 20 years old) and don't see an exact replacement in your inventory for my sash glide.
