Is a quantity 1 of 75-069 Jamb Spreader a pair, or do I need to order a quantity of 2? If the latter, are 2 really required (as in the video)? Also, most of my pivot shoes broke within the first 2 years of when the house was new. Are these replacements any better? Thanks.

HI, I need 4-9/16" channel balances for 2 PGT non tilt windows. Ive attached photoes and it seems they have a 19-005 top and a 15-001 shoe (the top seems to be grooved on the back side). I have identified the replacement part needed for a vent lock replacement. Partnumber 26-122 Can you tell me if it comes with instructions for installation. Does it snap in or does the window need to be taken apart? Thanks Mary
