This part is approximately 1/2 inch wide and holds the channel rail in place while under tension. These windows are hurricane impact and are removable.

I found this in a house. The window had no markings or writing on it for me to identify a brand. I'm in need of at least 3 of these locks.

33" balance with metal hook that attaches at top of window. About 1/2" deep & 1/2" wide 33" long. Window would not open then when worked on & forced broke. Thank you for any help to identify the parts & I need 2.

All the plastic parts in these spring-operated frames have deteriorated. I really hope you sell repayment parts.I have not been able to find any identifying numbers. Have not removed the frames but, if you think that might help find identifying info I can.Thank you Karl

I am looking for the matching Window Balance and Pivot for a customer. They are 7 or 8 lb balances x2 and the pivot pictured x1. I have photos of the window labels if that would help. Maybe s170 coil balance assy?

Channel length is 19 5/8" Stamp (pic included) indicates "19 3" Milgard -- new construction approximately 2007 Just need a single balance for replacement

can you tell me who makes this lock? I'm guessing I'll have to get some measurements and post. What throws me off is the rabbit cut in the lack for the lip on the window
