Here are a couple of pictures of the hand crank we need - they are metal, gold or brass in color and have the # 45054 and 29 on the underside of the crank. They also have a 'set screw' on them. it is right hand. I have a part # of 45136 on the base, a # of 40052 on what I would call the arm. the mechanism is stripped. I may also need a left hand. can I get new ones?

The handle broke off the crank. It has 0P05-7525-03 on it and a date of 3/19/03.

I took one out and measured both arms: small arm center of pin to center of screwhole 3 1/14" small arm end to end 3 13/16" big arm center of pin to center of roller 8 7/8" big arm end to end 9 9/16" hope this will do it. The controller arm is 7-7/8" long to the bend. I read that this company is no longer in business. Do you have a substitute for this unit? We need to replace probably 4. Thanks for your help.

The 35-920 looks like it will work for me but on my Windows the screw holes are below the track Will that make a difference ?

Only identifiable markings are us patent 6,247,270. Length of arm is approx 11in and doesn't fold/bend. Help!

This is the broken crank

The screw holes are 8cm and the arm is 11 inches. There is no manufacturer only a patent number on the base which is 6,247270. Can you suggest a replacement part

Hi, My window opener has an arm about 12 " long and it is a little bent and does not pull the window closed tight, i have to close it with speed to use momentum to get it to the catch. Also the arm keeps slipping out of the slider bit on the window. It looks very old and the handle has 'HURD' on it ... (cont.)
