Hello, I have double hung Patriot windows. Recently the window closed abruptly and now doesn't stay up. I removed the window and found plastic parts (all broken). Can you tell what these parts are and where I can purchase replacement parts. Thank you

Please help me identify replacement parts for window balance and window tilt hardware. See attached photos. The balance is 27" long. The window tilt hardware is approximately 2 3/8" long by 5/8" wide.

hello, i cant seem to find a replacement for the window shoe shown in the ohotos. the overall sizes are close, but this one has provisions for the balancer to connect. can you recommend something. thanks robert

How do you remove and reinstall a tilt sash which is using a 15-046 shoe and a 24-040 pivot bar?

could not find any markings on glass or window frame. Is a vinyl window replacement that was on the home when I bought it.

the window wont stay up and it the spiral thing wont hold in the pastic piece since it is cracked. 6 of the windows in the house are like this so we would like to order several replacements.

Thanks for posting. I'm afraid it's difficult to say what pivot shoe you need without seeing it removed from the window. I have two Better Bilt tilt windows from about 1996 that have broken pivot bars. The bars are 2 1/2 x 5/16 x 3/16. The shoes are 1/2 x 2 1/4 x 1 1/4. The nylon housing has become damaged due to the rusted bar. What would be the best replacement parts for these window parts?
