We looking for a balance spring replacement for a Norandex window by Atrium. These balance springs are for tilt windows. Number on the shoe is: 530CS. Number on the balance spring is: 23C. I have a single tilt window that needs to pivot stops. Not sure of the replacement size. The spring is spiral type. Can you tell me which one to order based on the photos? Appreciate your assistance

I recently purchased 2 29" 600 series spiral balances. The old ones measured out at 5/8". They were the Alcoa balances with the white plastic coating. Hello, I have ten Alcoa "Magna-Frame Series" signal hung tilting windows 29"W X 49" H The lower sash is 14lbs. The spiral balance tub is 25.75" long with a 1/2" OD white vinyl cover. I just purchased part # 15-046 which I think is a American Craftsman double hung vinyl window. Please see if you can confirm the picture I took is that part.

Sorry, no markings on the windows, only that they are tilt windows. I believe they are Patriot builder grade, circa 1999. they look to be The pivot shoes are beginning to disintegrate.
