Hello, I have ten Alcoa "Magna-Frame Series" signal hung tilting windows 29"W X 49" H The lower sash is 14lbs. The spiral balance tub is 25.75" long with a 1/2" OD white vinyl cover. I just purchased part # 15-046 which I think is a American Craftsman double hung vinyl window. Please see if you can confirm the picture I took is that part.

Sorry, no markings on the windows, only that they are tilt windows. I believe they are Patriot builder grade, circa 1999. they look to be The pivot shoes are beginning to disintegrate.

Hi, I ordered window parts from you last week but was not the correct sizes. I am ordering 9/16 spiral balances of various lengths along with shoe swivels. My old ones shown above have a thickness of 1/2 inch. I notice your blue ones are 17/32 thick, but the white ones are exactly 1/2 inch, which m ... (cont.)

No idea on who manufacture these. Wonder if you guys can help. The channel balancers themselves look ok but bot bottom feet were destroyed. Balancers are marked-29. 5. E07S CMC

these are vinyl clad replacement windows circa 1985. double glass with tilt out for cleaning. the grommet that is on the end of a spring and attaches to the window. it slides in the track and pivots on the grommet to tilt out for cleaning. can see in picture 20190520_154146 of broken grommet. even i ... This window has two problems. First the vinyl casing on the bottom has broken, so there is no metal tab to connect into the spiral balance. Second, the part that connects to the spiral balance on the other side of the window is broken. Can this be repaired?

I need qty 4, dimensions are; - 2" tall -1-1/4" wide - 1/2" thick Also, need qty 4 matching spiral balances 19" long tube, blue tip

Spiral Tilt Window Balance for an aluminum window

This is what is in my window on left side ,the right side is broken. So I need a replacement. In the adjacent room the window has 26 3 K225 CMC on the metal. What do I need to fix this window. Thank you for your help.
