My house was built in 2003 and the windows installed are Silver Line Single Hung Vinyl windows. The heat from the sun on the front of my house has cause the vinyl and plastic parts to become brittle and the balance on the left side of one window broke loose. I have two Better Bilt tilt windows from about 1996 that have broken pivot bars. The bars are 2 1/2 x 5/16 x 3/16. The shoes are 1/2 x 2 1/4 x 1 1/4. The nylon housing has become damaged due to the rusted bar. What would be the best replacement parts for these window parts?

Ordered and received 15046 shoe. Didn't realize I had locking shoes. I believe I identified the correct part 15135. If you could please confirm that would be great. I'm having trouble with Patriot double hung tilt windows Series 2200 that were installed throughout our house in 1996. The windows have become very difficult to slide open and closed. Some of the windows have responded to using WD40 and silicone lubricant on the spiral balances, but some are still ... (cont.)

the tilt latch measures 7/16" deep 11/16" wide and 2-3/8" long the pivot measures 9/16" thick 2-1/16" long by 1-1/4" wide Please advise on part numbers I need. I am looking to replace this plastic part. It slides in the window track attached to the channel balancer. I cannot find any model or brand names on it or the window.
