Looking to replace the balances. white plastic tube covers measure 34 3/4" and they seem to be 1/2' round. S600-35, black tip I believe are the balances.Also need the pivot shoes. Need to send photo of balancer and window slide keeper

I have a customer needing 4 spiral window balances pictured below. They are 3/8? diameter but they have a white tip. Length of tube is 28-1/2?. Also need shoes for these which measure 1-1/4? wide x 2? tall and are ½? thick. Please let me know what you have for this.

I would like to ask you (1) to please identify the window manufacturer of the frame shown in the photo. (2) I need to order pivot shoes and spiral balances for several of these windows and I think the S600-37 black tip spiral balance is right for my windows and the 15-046 shoe looks like my current ... looking for a replacement pivet shoe. Mine is about 1 1/4 inches wide, 3/8 inches thick and is about 2 1/4 inches long. This is a replacement part for a window made in 1996. I Need 2 Pivot Shoes(picture attached has code: 530C). Not sure on depth? I think its 1/2 inch but hard to measure without taking it out. Can you confirm with this code? Hi. I need to replace some broken pivot shoes. Pic 1 is of working shoe, pic 2 is of broken shoe in the channel, pic 3 is of the shoe removed.
