I Need 2 Pivot Shoes(picture attached has code: 530C). Not sure on depth? I think its 1/2 inch but hard to measure without taking it out. Can you confirm with this code? Also, need 2 spiral balances (picture attached)(red) (appears to be the 5/8") 21 inch long. Maybe the spiral balance too ... (cont.)

The balance is 28" and has the letters H U A O and is for a tilt window, the pivot is 2" long, 1" 1/4 wide, 1/2" and has a blue receiver hole. I would like 2 of each once you give me the info I will send my CC info. Thanks Chris

Hi. I need to replace some broken pivot shoes. Pic 1 is of working shoe, pic 2 is of broken shoe in the channel, pic 3 is of the shoe removed. Hello Swisco, I am looking for two different pivot shoes. Both are for vinyl tilt double hung replacement windows. Both are 1/2" thick. Pictures show some intact pivot shoes and the broken ones. These are front and back pics of the shoes I want to replace. I purchased item 15-015 but I believe the correct replacement should be 15-046. The show in the pic is 1.25 in wide, 9/16 or 17/32 thick, and 2.25 in long. The space into which the window shank fits into the show is 5/16 wide and 3/16 ... (cont.)

Red 5/8 springs 21" long have springs need 16 locking blocks windows 20 years old every time my wife tries to clean the windows and tilts the windows in the brittle plastic blocks break so need to replace all 16. Looked through your catalog think I know which blocks to order but not absolutely posit ... (cont.)

I need the attached parts. The shoe is attached to a spring which is covered. I don?t see a space to remove or insert new shoe so I will need a spreader also. Thank you Dan

This is the pivot shoe that has been broke for years it is from a double hung tilt window made by republic window any help in finding a replacement for it would be greatly appreciated the spiral balancer is 31 in long half in wide barrel red tip thank you

spiral balance looks to be 5/8"? Pivot lock shoe patriot window only bottom tilts in, the channel appears to be 3/4 that it glides in?

I have a broken slide block that the lower side of the window connects to. The block is approximately 1"x2". How do I get the new block in the channel? The window says 1994 on it. model 200x

No markings found on windows. These were installed about 19 years ago and are vinyl tilt out ones.

Need these window parts. also have data labels from windows if that would help, and can sent that to you under a separate email. Sorry I already removed the parts from the windows. Please advise.
