Hello Swisco, I am looking for two different pivot shoes. Both are for vinyl tilt double hung replacement windows. Both are 1/2" thick. Pictures show some intact pivot shoes and the broken ones. These are front and back pics of the shoes I want to replace. I purchased item 15-015 but I believe the correct replacement should be 15-046. The show in the pic is 1.25 in wide, 9/16 or 17/32 thick, and 2.25 in long. The space into which the window shank fits into the show is 5/16 wide and 3/16 ... (cont.)

Red 5/8 springs 21" long have springs need 16 locking blocks windows 20 years old every time my wife tries to clean the windows and tilts the windows in the brittle plastic blocks break so need to replace all 16. spiral balance looks to be 5/8"? Pivot lock shoe patriot window only bottom tilts in, the channel appears to be 3/4 that it glides in?

I have a broken slide block that the lower side of the window connects to. The block is approximately 1"x2". How do I get the new block in the channel? The window says 1994 on it. model 200x

No markings found on windows. These were installed about 19 years ago and are vinyl tilt out ones.

The windows use a 3/8 spiral balance 24in long with blue tips,and a sash weight of 15lbs, The pivot shoe measurements is 2" tall 1-1/4" wide and 9/16" thick, which matches the description of part# 15-121, however i read a post stating that part would not work with the 900 series spiral balance. I have replaced the spiral balances and have noticed that some of the bottom holders are broken which make the spiral pop out on occasion. Would like to replace them.
