Hello , I need a right and left operator. It seems the end of the folding arm attaches to the bottom of the window. I dont see how your parts attach to window. Is there a seperate two hole piece to attach to bottom of window? THanks, Bob

I am in the process of replacing a Swisco Window Dyad Crank, 5" and see that there are 2 like parts - 39-089 and 39-187, the exception being the crank arm has a different zigzag shape position. Which Dyad part number between 39-089 and 39-187 should I order from your parts department ... (cont.)

I am trying to find a replacement operator for the one in the picture. The arm with clip is 4" but I can only seem to find 4 1/2" arms online.

Do you have 39-187 in a 4-1/2" arm?

I ordered the sash dyad crank 39-187 and 39-188. The terminal arm is longer than my original. The original is only 4-3/8" long. Can I make the new ones work? Is there something else I can use?

Our old crank is in the bottom left of this pic. The new one sent us is on the upper right,but it does not retract far enough into the closer to to completely shut the window. What one do I really need? part # is 39-089 Thanks Phil
