I need the top part with the coil balance total and the bottom part pivot shoe

The Metal on a few of my windows that comes out of the Plastic part at top, crunched and then broke. Do you recognize this type of Spring Tension part? If you need more pictures I can take the window out for more. These are swing out windows for easy cleaning.

Need the coil balancer replaced and maybe the sash tilt guides as well if you guys carry them. Thanks

trying to replace my coil spring single tilt window mechanism. photos attached. There are no markings on the cover or on the coils. I purchased a 1/2 coil triple support. While installing it, it cracked in multiple places. Is this due to the size being wrong or inadequate material the product was made from? The original piece I'm replacing is made out of much thicker/higher grade plastic.

Hello, I bought a house that had windows but no info on them. From analyzing the windows, I was able to determine they are Acan from 2010. I am looking for the silver piece detailed in photo 1. As of now, I am not able to raise the window because it won't stay in place.

This was in the left side of my window which helped the window go up and down. It doesn't stay up anymore. Right side is missing. Handyman company couldn't find a replacement.

I need to supply replacement sash balancers for my customers vertical sliding windows. The manufacturer is unknown, the windows were installed in the late 90's each sash is 32" wide and 22" tall.

There is a pic with some numbers, etc.. The coils are broken on pretty much every window. The bottom piece that the window clicks into have rust and seem fragile... I am afraid to try to force the removable window out without new parts just in case. We are coastal NC if that has any bearing on what ... (cont.)
