Hello, I?m looking to purchase new double coil balances for my 36 x 60 single hung window. The coils measure half in wide. The pivot shoe is 1.25? wide by 1? tall by 0.5? thick. The coil springs have a T style locking end to attach to the pivot shoe. The coil spring holder measures 3? long by 1-1/8? ... (cont.)

Same issue, but the spring is 1/2" wide - any idea which one will fit my need? Same issue, means that the bottom 2 springs broke after 18+ years of service...

I think its a series 140 quick tilt balancer but im not 100% sure and I dont know the weight.

My balance support is a double, 2 coils. It all fell out as I took it out so I do not know how the two coils were attached to the pivot which was broken. We believe this is a Certainteed window from 1997 This part popped out. #4.5.78 PAT523208 Not sure if numbers after the # sign I hope this helps you identify the part number. And instructions for how to replace it. Thank you!!

Need hardware for both side of the window all 4 pcs broken. Numbers that I can see are 5.232.208 and 5.365.638.

simonton vinyl window valance 5.5 35" pat 53218 I think. I need the slide in the frame and the plastic housing and springs.
