I have 4 year old vinyl double pane windows they tilt out and can be moved for cleaning both inside and out, however on several of the windows the "pulley"is jammed and won't move, so I can't move or completely close the window... I am at my wits end. Please help!

One of the pulleys that is part of the channel balance on my Republic double hung tilt vinyl window broke. The channel balance that needs to be replaced is stamped with 16C B.S.L. L. The channel balance is approximately 17/32" wide in the interior dimension and about 1/2" deep. The balance spring is ... (cont.)

I am having a little trouble with identifying this spring and shoe - the height of the window in total is about 41 inches - so I am not sure that I need something with a 40 inch travel because of the space at the top ? Number on pivot shoe is 4610108

The dimensions are 1/2"x1-1/4"x2". The hole in the cam is 3/16"x 5/1/16". My guess is that I need #15_135. I just didn't know what the cam hole size was on that one. Thanks for your help. LeWayne

Dimensions are about 1/2: depth, 2 " length, 1 1/4 " wide. Do not need balance tube assembly. Any idea on a part that would work?
