seems fastener hole is 2-3/16 to center. can you please identify if you have replacement. if can not match exact, which would you recommend?

Hi Can you help me to identify the replacement shoe? Will it be 15-188 or 15-135 or other? The size is 2"x 1/2" and 1 1/4". See the attached picture

windows were installed in 2009 face of pivot lock measures 1 1/4 inch. depth is 5/8 inch. Height is 2 1/8 inch.top metal plate that holds the spiral balance is not in this pivot lock. Could you tell me which pivot lock I need as I have to replace all windows. Thank You Stan McIlvee ... (cont.)

Ordered and received 15046 shoe. Didn't realize I had locking shoes. I believe I identified the correct part 15135. If you could please confirm that would be great. When I ordered the 15046, I picked the first half inch shoe that matched all my other dimensions not realizing there were locking shoes ... (cont.)

lookinng for replacement parts. and how to replace them.

One of the pulleys that is part of the channel balance on my Republic double hung tilt vinyl window broke. The channel balance that needs to be replaced is stamped with 16C B.S.L. L. I am having a little trouble with identifying this spring and shoe - the height of the window in total is about 41 inches - so I am not sure that I need something with a 40 inch travel because of the space at the top ? Number on pivot shoe is 4610108

The dimensions are 1/2"x1-1/4"x2". The hole in the cam is 3/16"x 5/1/16". My guess is that I need #15_135. I just didn't know what the cam hole size was on that one. Thanks for your help. LeWayne
