Can this top sash guide be replaced?

I purchased 12 S395-30 balances. Now that they have arrived and I compare them to my original balance I see that the shoe is a little different. Do you think the new shoe will work? Do you have a shoe like my original?

The Tlock appears to be the correct msize, but I cannot get it into place under the existing rivet in the channel. Do you sell the rivets and the tools (unless a standard center punch would work) to replace the rivet in the existing balance channel? My guess is that these will work then. ... (cont.)

good day... I am needing some parts for gapco windows. This house was built in 1987, so I assume that is the year the windows were made, or thereabouts. I have studied your different parts for different series of Gapco windows and I am quite sure that the windows are series 385.

I need eight balances they are 1/2 inch 3340s and use your 15-004 bottom insert, but I could not find the top piece. It is 15/16 across the wings and 15/16 tall and is square across the top it sticks out of the channel 7/16 inches. it is notched 1/4 inch on the window side. see photos ... (cont.)
