Hello,My home is in Eastern NC and built in 2006 with double paned windows containing coil window balances. Almost all windows have some or all portions of the balances damaged. Coils are 1/2" width. Possibly 33" long?Top and bottom balance support parts are both 1.25" width I can't find these parts anywhere. Please advise! Thank you!

I'm pretty sure I also need the 15-191 pivot shoe (for a 15 year-old Milgard Tuscany window). I also need the coil spring. The only markings I can find on the spring are #7, 5 35. Do you know what part that might be?

Hi Swisco Team - I have a coil balance, single sash window. The coil is disconnected/broken on one side and the shoe is broken on the other. I *think* I've narrowed down the spring to a Series 160, 6.5lbs, and a 17/32" 15-199 shoe. I'm lost on the top plastic block part.
