So I had hardy windows in orange county help me do the install. The spring 170-405 worked fine however the lance spring cover and the pivot shoe did not work because the spring cover has a long plastic tunnel for the screw and the old Lance covers do not have that so we used my old shoes and my old ... I just sent a question on me ordering the wrong part. I looked everywhere and couldn't find what I thought was the right part. The number on the coil is 10JS. I hope this will help in getting the right parts. Thanks again

I have a Simonton 6500 series window order number 115728/03 that needs left and right hand Pivot shoe, coil spring and cover for the left and right side. Would you have these parts or equivalent parts?

I'm trying to find two of these. They came off of windows I bought from Home Depot around 2004. The spring is good just need the plastic shoe. Thanks

I submitted some images previously but never heard back. I need to know which part to order. The plastic part that holds the pivot shoe broke but I'm afraid to remove the balance assembly completely because it's the front window of my home. Looking to identify what parts these are to order replacements. No stamping on the plastic cover but coil spring shows a stamp of 407. Looking for the entire assembly. 7/8"W x 1 1/4"D x 3 1/8"H.
