Hello I am in need of three window balancers I have attached a photo of the style balancer that I need the left and right for the window with the label X0078, and the right balancer for the window with the label X0035. Please any assistance is greatly appreciated

Hello, we recently bought a house that has Simonton windows in it. I am not sure when they were installed but one of the windows needs a shoe and balance as it doesn't stay up when opened. The only number I could find is 9808 (This could be 8086 but I'm pretty sure it's a 9) which is on the metal pi ... (cont.)

These were on a 2009 window install, Simonton aluminum.

Hi, Any idea of the type of shoe I need for a 20 year old Certainteed vinyl replacement double hung? The housing is plastic, the cam piece that supports the sash is aluminum. Thanks- Will

The window is a vinyl window with a left and right spring approximate 26" wide approximate 23.5 height. The window is light and I am trying to get the weight with a digital scale I need all the parts associated with keeping the window open Lock pivot bar This balance comes complete with a pivot ... These are frome a Simonton double hung. Need a left and right balance for this window. Pleaes advise. Thanks. Geoff

I need to replace both sides and would like to order the pivot shoe, 406 170 and 171 coils, covers, drums? Is that the complete system for each side? I still have the screws but was hoping I wouldn't have to buy everything separately? But if I do, what do I need?Thanks,Al

My Simnonton windows have the triple coil balancing but the coil assembly is in 2 parts (each with a phillips screw holding in the channel) and the channel cut out, for removal, is already present in the window. Good morning. I ordered the S170-263, but it was not the right fit for our windows. The attached photo are the two that we need.

Have 5 windows that have the same problem they don't stay open. Need to replace the broken Springs to ensure windows open and close properly.
