15-170 Snap-on clip

My part looks most similar to the 795 however the receiver at the bottom of the channel that holds the window pin does not come out. Please advise.

Can you identify this part, or provide a substitute?

We have these two styles. Has information on each one but need to make sure I am ordering the correct parts.Jeremy

The string broke in my window balance which caused further damage to the pin holding the spring. So, the entire balance is completely destroyed. Attached is the pictures of what I believe are the broken parts of the balance. It's a triple pane widow that I cannot lift myself. If there is more info needed please advise.

I need to replace four sets. What's happening now is the balances are not strong enough to raise the Sashes. The windows are 35 1/2 x 37 1/2. They block and tackle balances.

Hi, I'm looking for a replacement for a 1/2" x 1/2" BSI 14C channel balance. The spring is at the top, and the balance is attached to the jamb with a hook, and to the shoe by a cord. The balance doesn't move and isn't attached to the sash. Thanks for your help!
