75-006 Spiral Balance Charging Tool for Tilt Windows

I have 5 MW bottom tilt windows, house built in 1998, that need new spiral balances. The length of the balance top to bottom is 47.5" and the white cover over the coil is 31". I understand there is a tool to help install the balances and I would like that also.

I am trying to find some replacement pivot shoes and pins for the windows in the picture. The closest match pivot bar I see is 26-473 The closest match pivot shoe I see is 15-015 The dimensions appear to be correct. Hi!!! I'm having a real hard time locating these parts. The tube is 3/8" and length is 28 7/8" with a black tip. There are no identifying marks anywhere. I'm not sure if I'm missing it on your website. Thank you!!! Joe

Hello I have 3 windows that will no longer stay up. Do you know where I can get the springs (spiral tilt balance) for these windows?

Hello,I can not find the name of these windows. The spiral balances look like they are 1/2" thick.The pivot lock shoe(?) is broken on a couple of the windows.Some of the windows will not stay up.Thank you, Joe
