My windows do stay up in my house. I opened them up to see if the shoe was not connected but some windows are missing the "spring" also. Do you guys have replacement springs and shoes that would fit in this kind of window? Let me know what other information you need.

I can't find a video that has my actual issue. I have a tilt window that won't close properly. I am having trouble installing my new balances into this shoe. I can only seem to get the balance in the shoe by tilting the balance downward before I screw it in. Then I have to charge it by spinning the whole balance before I screw it in which is extremely difficult.
