This appears to be a plastic part with a metal retainer to support the pressure from the spiral balance. Looking for several replacement sash cradles. Any ideas?

What parts do I need to replace the tilt mechanism and the tension rod?

I'm curious about which way I'll need to turn the spiral. We removed both balances and noticed the tension when doing so, and didn't know we'd have to add tension back until we got everything back together. I have a broken pivot shoe which has a black cam meas. 1 15/16 x 3/8 x 15/16. Would I use pn 15-045? And can I test a spiral balance to see if is still good. Hello! I have a house full of Alside 0601 windows. Many of the spiral balances and shoes are shot. Could I have part numbers for blue tipped 5/8" width spiral balances that are 31", 25", 21", and 17 inch? Also, the shoes appear to be different on the right and left side of the window. My windows do stay up in my house. I opened them up to see if the shoe was not connected but some windows are missing the "spring" also. Do you guys have replacement springs and shoes that would fit in this kind of window? Let me know what other information you need.

I can't find a video that has my actual issue. I have a tilt window that won't close properly. The top sash drops about 1/4 inch so the locks don't line up, easy to deal with but now when bringing the bottom sash down, the entire sash sits to the left so there's a gap at the top right of the sash.
